Shashank Pendse, CEO and Director
Shashank Pendse is a Bachelor of Chemistry from the University of Mumbai, India. He is a founder member of Aadish Impex Private Limited. He has more than 20 years of experience in chemical manufacturing industry. His vital experience in chemical industry and his passion towards international business has led him to form Aadish Impex in 2016. He has played a pivotal role in the growth of Aadish and establishing it as a reliable source for the overseas buyers and trusted partner for the local manufacturer. Currently, he is overseeing the business growth strategies for the company.
Ashwini Pendse, Director
Ashwini Pendse is a Commerce graduate and holds a diploma in textile designing. She has 25 years of business experience in the field of arts and crafts. She is a founder member and investor of Aadish Impex. She has been a guiding factor in forming the business strategies for the company, providing strong back-end support and is instrumental in bringing in new initiatives in HR function. Currently, she is responsible for HR and admin operations.
Mudra Nigde Nalawade, Chief Operating Officer

Mudra holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai, India, and an Advance Certification in International Trade. She joined Aadish Impex in 2016 as an export executive and has grown over the years to reach the current position of Chief Operating Officer. Mudra has constantly worked on improving the operations to make them more efficient and robust. Currently, she is overseeing entire operations of company.
Rahul Bibikar, Non-Executive Director
Rahul Bibikar is a commerce graduate of University of Mumbai, India, and a postgraduate in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi, India. He has a total 30 years of wide experience in various verticals of international business in various capacities. Out of 30 years of experience, he has worked in two major industries, i.e., chemicals and HVAC (air conditioning), and has served the market leaders in the respective industries with 3 years of offshore working experience. He joined the Aadish board in 2022 and is currently overseeing International Business Operations.

Mr. Sudhakar Kasture
Educational Qualification : Bachelor of Arts (English Literature & Philosophy), Masters in Foreign Trade (MFT), Diploma in Buddhist Studies.
Professional Experience :Leading consultant and well known speaker in International Trade since last 40 plus years. He is consultant and advisor to many National & Multinational Corporations, Public and private limited companies like HUL, Castrol India, Siemens Ltd., ThyssenKrupp, Godrej Group, Aditya Birla Group, Vedanta Group, Aurobindo Pharma, Britannia Industries, Raychem RPG, BKT, L&T, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, MRPL, Tata Intl., Balmer & Lawrie, Asian Paints, Michelin, Mahindra etc. He has been associated with CHEMEXCIL in the capacity of Consultant since last 20 years. He is a Director of Helpline Impex Pvt. Ltd. and a Partner in Generation Next Business Consulting. These are reputed consultancy firms offering various advisory services on international trade related issues. He has been on the panels and advisory committees to the Govt. of India on EXIM matters and various topics of International trade. He has done many projects and conducted research programs for different Export Promotion Councils on varied topics of international trade. He Authored a book titled “Handbook on Foreign Trade Policy (2004-2009)” on behalf of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was appointed as an expert on task force for “Exports Transaction Cost Reduction Project” by Ministry of Commerce in 2009.
Mr. Shripad Kabadi
Educational Qualification : Chartered Accountant, B.Com. Mumbai University.
Professional Experience : Total 38 years of experience out of which 19years with corporate and 19 years as a practicing Chartered Accountant. In his 19 years of corporate career he has worked with Unichem Laboratories Ltd., Pidilite Industries Ltd., Blue Star Ltd., Sabero Organics Gujarat Ltd. In different capacities.
His present clientele includes corporates and international companies like Blue Star Limited, IMCD Group BV, Netherlands, Eros Multimedia Ltd, UK, Nordmann UK Group Holdings Ltd., Sara Packaging Pvt. Ltd., Elppe Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. and many more.
His current offerings are arranging Term/Working Capital Finance, FEMA – advice/obtain RBI approvals Income tax – returns/assessment/appeals, GST – advice/audit, Statutory/internal audits, Secretarial, Forex Management – advice, Cost cutting consultancy, Accounting etc. Apart, he is a regular speaker at various forums like ICWA on topics like Budget/Direct Tax/Finance for non-finance/Financial tips to SMEs. Mrs. Darshana Joshi Chawan
Educational Qualification: Graduate of Science from Mumbai University and MBA from United Business Institutes, Europe with Specialisation in Human Resource Management.
Professional Experience : 26 years of experience in the field of General Management, Customer management, and Human Resources. She has been in full-time corporate assignments for 17 years and later she joined consulting world. In her corporate profile, she has been associated with companies like Larsen and Toubro, NIIT Ltd., Wipro Spectramind, Reliance Infostreams, Accelya Solutions India Limited, and Quinnox Consulting. In her consulting roles, she has been associated with many fortune 500 companies and has worked in the space of management consulting, Talent Management Development, Succession Planning, Organization structure and design, Competency mapping, Assessment Development Centers, and Coaching. She is certified in Competency Mapping & Assessment Development centers and is a certified Personality profiling professional. She has exposure to diverse industries and private and public sectors alike. She has been partnering with leading consulting house for various strategic interventions for organizations and specializes in CXO-level assessment. She has expertise and experience in training framework conceptualization, program design and delivery.
Mr. Naineesh Chawan
Educational Qualification : Electronics Engineer from Mumbai University, India. Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration -Marketing from Welingkar (WeSchool) Mumbai. Certified 6-Sigma Green Belt Practitioner and Certified coach from Hogan Assessment Systems,USA. Certification in Digital Marketing and Analytics (DMA) from Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.
Professional Experience : Management Consultant from Mumbai, having 24 years of industry experience and exposure to International Businesses. He has expertise in the areas of Business Re-Engineering, Business Process Management, International Standards and Certifications, Market Research and Strategy, Product and Services Delivery Capability consulting. He enjoys doing Leadership competence assessment and conducting training workshops. Worked internationally with clients across various geographies spanning Americas, Middle East, Europe, Asia-pacific, Australia. He has worked in the IT-ITES sector for Finance, Supply Chain Management, and Travel and Transportation domains with global teams that brings in cross-cultural essence to his work style. Worked in roles that are on customer facing and organization roles such as Project Management, Transition Management, Business Analysis, Service Delivery Management and Customer Support.
